Family and Early Life

Tracy is a proud mother of two daughters in their early twenties and is happily married. Born in Queensland, she moved to Sydney at 14 after her parents’ divorce. Facing challenges at a young age, Tracy left school after Year 9 to help her single mother support the family. Despite these hardships, Tracy’s commitment to education remained strong. At 21, she returned to school, completed her HSC in one year, and went on to university, where she developed a passion for social justice and advocacy.

Career, Advocacy, and Education

Tracy’s career has been driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives. She began as a sales assistant at Katies and later worked in medical and legal fields, where she saw firsthand the struggles many Australians face and developed a strong sense of justice. Tracy’s passion for education grew when she established an Out of School Hours (OOSH) service at her daughters’ school, which led her to pursue a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary).

After completing her degree, Tracy taught in primary schools across Western Sydney, where she became deeply concerned by the declining standards in education. Witnessing issues like bullying, poor accountability, and a lack of creative thinking in the classroom, Tracy left teaching to work as an adult trainer and assessor. She also worked on a number of community programs. These roles highlighted systemic issues, further fuelling her drive to advocate for change.

Additionally, Tracy runs a business focused on sexual safety education, training, and consultancy, where she helps individuals and organisations foster safer environments.

Personal Life, Interests, and Political Vision

After facing personal and professional challenges, Tracy took time to recover and refocus. She now leads a healthy, balanced life, enjoying swimming, mountain biking, and spending time with her family on the water.

With her extensive experience in education, community services, and advocacy, Tracy is passionate about standing up for Australians and creating practical solutions to improve their lives. She is committed to ensuring the voices of everyday people are heard, advocating for policies that prioritise health, wellbeing, and prosperity. As a candidate, Tracy is ready to represent the people, putting their needs first and fighting for a brighter, more prosperous future for all.
