Some people are failed by the system so consistently that it stops looking like an accident. Veterans are the clearest example.

People First would re-establish the Defence and Veterans Legal Service so ADF personnel get genuinely independent legal representation, and take on the poker machine industry with a buy-back scheme, hourly loss caps, and penalties for states that keep issuing new licences.
